Re-opening The Property Market

Churches’ 6-Steps to Re-Opening
As the country slowly reopens over the next few months, we are doing our best to safely return to selling houses for our clients. The good news is there is plenty of demand from buyers looking for homes immediately. It would be a great time to get your house on the market, and we can do that safely with a few precautions.
1. Our People
Every business must first think of the safety and wellbeing of its staff. Where possible our team have been allowed the flexibility to adapt to the new normal, whether working remotely or with appropriate social distancing. We’re also monitoring their health to ensure everyone’s safety.
2. Our Offices
For now our offices remain closed to the public, however we have continued working on the phone & email. When our offices reopen, we will ensure they are equipped with all the required protective measures and our staff are working with adequate social distance from each other and our clients.
3. Our Clients
The safety of our clients is also paramount, especially as many are in “at-risk” categories. We are conducting all meetings & updates remotely where possible, and where not possible we are ensuring all possible safety measures are taken.
4. Valuations
With our extensive experience and modern technology, almost all valuations can be done online or over the phone. We can use Google Maps or Streetview to view your house remotely, and we can discuss the possible value of your home over phone or email.
5. Viewings
We are creating video tours of all our properties, but viewings are probably a necessary step for any buyer before they make an offer on a property. We are starting to conduct viewings of vacant or new homes. In future weeks we will be conducting viewings of all properties on a reserved one-on-one basis.
6. Our Community
Lastly, this crisis has shown how important it is that communities pull together and help each other out. We will continue our work supporting small businesses and people in our local areas. And remember, all our valuations are free, including for FAIR DEAL or PROBATE.
